1 · What this covers

This website and the waitlist on it. Lattice itself is not released, so there are no software licence terms here yet — those arrive with the app, and you will be asked to accept them then rather than now.

2 · Who provides it

Jarrel Pothoff, an individual in the Netherlands. There is no company behind Lattice. If that changes, this clause and the footer change together.

3 · The waitlist is not a purchase

Joining reserves nothing: no licence, no discount, no place in a queue, no early access. It is a mailing list whose single purpose is telling you when there is something to install. No payment is taken, because there is nothing to take payment for.

4 · Price

There is none. No in-app purchase exists, no subscription exists, and there is no App Store record and therefore no price tier. Any figure you see quoted for Lattice anywhere did not come from me. When a price exists it will appear on the pricing section, in this clause, and in the machine-readable data on this site — in one change, so the three cannot disagree.

5 · No promise of release

Lattice may never ship. This is one person's project and it has no funding, no deadline and no obligation behind it. If it is abandoned you will have given me an email address and lost nothing else.

6 · Acceptable use of this site

Do not attempt to submit other people's addresses to the waitlist, do not automate the forms, and do not try to use the unsubscribe form to find out whether an address is on the list — it answers identically either way, so there is nothing to learn.

7 · Liability

This website is provided as it is, with no warranty. Nothing here is professional advice. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for loss arising from using it — and since it offers nothing but text and an email field, there is very little to lose.

8 · Law

Dutch law applies. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence are not affected by that.
